At its May 6, 2008 meeting, the Board of Education recognized the Daniel Hand High School Interact Club, which recently received the Rotary International District 7980 Interact Club Recognition for their “Fair Earth Bazaar and Café” project. A Certificate of Recognition was presented to seniors Rusty Shomberg, President of the Daniel Hand High School Interact Club, and Rianna DiBartolo-Cordovano, Event Coordinator, on behalf of the Interact Club.
